The craftsmen assigned to our project were easy to work with. As our project took a different turn because the flooring underneath the removed surface was the original 1875 floor in very good condition, they supported our decision to shift from laying a new floor to restoring the old one; they enthusiastically took pride in the restoration and the result is a beautiful pine floor; mellowed by its age, showing some "scars" from being there nearly 150 years, but that is not a negative at all. What a satisfying experience the whole process was! Thank you!
